Accreditations

For the benefit of our clients and for the Bluegrass team we believe it's important to achieve high levels of standards.  To this end we've been successful in achieving key accreditation's that deliver benefits to both clients and Bluegrass.

ISO 20000 (2011) IT Service Management

ISO 20000 is the only international IT standard that allows IT companies to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management.

The standard ensures we achieve evidence-based benchmarks to continuously improve delivery of IT services to our clients.

In October 2011 we successfully achieved accreditation and now follow tailored ISO support procedures that are focused on quality, service and speed of resolution.

Green Accord

In April 2010 Bluegrass was the first IT support business in the UK to achieve the Green Accord Superior Status.

To achieve this accreditation we had to demonstrate that we operate sustainable environmental working practices and use this knowledge to advise clients on green technology.

Green Accord is a proven national environmental accreditation that evidences our level of commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Microsoft Silver Certified Partner

It's important that our engineers have the best opportunity of pre-empting and solving problems.  As well as recruiting high calibre people who can communicate effectively without resorting to geek speak we also invest in their learning.

All of our engineers are a minimum of Microsoft Certified Professionals and have achieved accreditation in the relevant disciplines from Microsoft.  By adopting this approach we've been granted Silver Partner status by Microsoft meaning that you have the peace of mind knowing that Bluegrass have the knowledge to support your business.

Trading Standards Buy With Confidence

During early 2010 we became an approved member of the Buy With Confidence Scheme. Devon County Council Trading Standards Service runs the Buy With Confidence Scheme to support local businesses and promote the highest standards of trading in Devon.

Businesses who become members of the Scheme undertake to operate their business in a legal, honest and fair way. They will also offer a customer-friendly service and respond to complaints in a constructive manner.
